Returns & Replacements
Products can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product pursuant to the rules below:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have contacted us and received an RMA number
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
We do not accept the return of transformers and batteries, excepting in cases that they arrive damaged.
